2. Services

Albertin G. Corp provides professional house cleaning services in Opa-locka, FL and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Regular house cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move in/out cleaning
  • Post-event cleaning
  • Window cleaning
  • Laundry services

Service details and inclusions will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Services must be scheduled in advance by phone or email. We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated arrival time. While we strive for punctuality, actual arrival times may vary due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on home size, service type, and specific requirements. Final quotes will be provided before service commencement. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

6. Access to Property

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your property. This includes ensuring that:

  • Our team can safely enter the premises
  • Pets are secured or removed from the cleaning area
  • Fragile or valuable items are properly secured
  • Any special access instructions are communicated in advance

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective cleaning, clients should:

  • Remove clutter and personal items from surfaces
  • Inform us of any areas requiring special attention
  • Notify us of any pets or special conditions in the home
  • Provide accurate information about home size and condition

8. Limitation of Liability

While we are fully insured and take great care in our work, Albertin G. Corp is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property
  • Damage to items not properly secured by the client
  • Natural wear and tear
  • Damage caused by hidden defects in surfaces or materials

Any concerns about damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

11. Insurance

Albertin G. Corp is fully insured and bonded. All team members are background-checked for your safety and peace of mind.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Changes to scheduled appointments due to weather or emergencies will be communicated as soon as possible.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the laws of the State of Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
